鋁板的熱膨脹系數(shù)較大，當(dāng)溫差較大時(shí)，鋁板的熱脹冷縮容易導(dǎo)致未固化完全的密封膠表面出現(xiàn)起鼓現(xiàn)象，特別是橫向接縫。起鼓現(xiàn)象發(fā)生時(shí)由于密封膠內(nèi)部是實(shí)心的，不會(huì)對(duì)密封效果造成影響，主要是針對(duì)這種現(xiàn)象，可采取分兩次施膠的解決辦法，或者是在環(huán)境溫度較為恒定的時(shí)段進(jìn)行施膠作業(yè)。
