一、安裝方法
1、 Installation method
1、根據(jù)要求的水平高度拉好水平線，縱橫垂直均需拉好；
1. The horizontal line should be drawn according to the required horizontal height, and the vertical and horizontal lines should be drawn well;
2、按合適的間距吊裝輕鋼龍骨（38或50的龍骨），一般間距1-1.2米，吊桿距離按輕鋼龍骨的規(guī)定分布；
2. The light steel keel (38 or 50 keel) shall be hoisted according to the appropriate spacing, with the general spacing of 1-1.2m. The suspender distance shall be distributed according to the provisions of the light steel keel;

3、安裝方通時一定要帶手套，如不慎留下指印或污漬，可用洗潔精開水洗后抹干即可；
3. When installing Fangtong, you must wear gloves. If you leave fingerprints or stains, you can use detergent and boiled water to wash them and then wipe them dry;
4、把預裝在龍骨上吊件，連同方通龍骨裝在輕鋼龍骨下面，方通龍骨間距一般為1米，全部裝完后一定要調整至水平；

5、將鋁單板/木紋鋁單板/鋁單板吊頂系列按順序扣掛在龍骨上，再將倒鎖片壓下，方通端頭應保持0mm或20mm的距離。

二、鋁單板安裝主要注意事項：

1.在運送時要輕拿輕放，猛力撞擊后會使鋁單板的邊角及其版面受損，從而影響施工，也浪費錢財。

2.鋁單板安裝過程中也要注意保護板面，不要以板面接觸地面，以免劃傷裝飾面。

3.鋁單板的品種、質量、顏色、花型、線條應符合設計要求，并應有產(chǎn)品合格證。

4.幕墻墻體骨架如采用型鋼龍骨時，其規(guī)格、形狀應符合設計要求，并應進行除銹、防銹處理。

5.鋁單板安裝，當設計無特殊要求時，盡量采用抽芯鋁鉚釘，中間一定要墊橡膠圈。抽芯鉚釘間距應控制在100-150mm內(nèi)。

6.在鋁單板安裝完成后，注意一定要在3天后撕去保護膜，時間過久會難以撕掉，還會在撕掉后影響美觀。
