夏季又稱(chēng)為雨季，是鋁板、鋁卷、鋁帶等鋁產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)進(jìn)水腐蝕、氧化現(xiàn)象的時(shí)節(jié)。雖然在鋁板產(chǎn)品中有氧化鋁板這個(gè)分類(lèi)，但氧化鋁板和鋁板氧化可是完全不同的事情。氧化鋁板和鋁板氧化了的區(qū)別：

一、氧化鋁板一般指的是：鋁板經(jīng)過(guò)酸堿氧化后，在鋁板表面形成了一層保護(hù)膜。一般的氧化膜為銀白色。如客戶(hù)有特殊要求，也可以根據(jù)客戶(hù)要求氧化成不同的顏色。

氧化又分為：普通的氧化、陽(yáng)極氧化和硬質(zhì)氧化。

鋁板普通氧化是指：鋁板在經(jīng)過(guò)酸、堿流槽，對(duì)鋁板表面進(jìn)行清洗后，在鋁板表面形成一層保護(hù)膜，有被稱(chēng)為氧化膜。
The common oxidation of aluminum plate refers to the formation of a protective film on the surface of aluminum plate after cleaning the surface of aluminum plate through acid and alkali flow trough.

鋁板陽(yáng)極氧化是指：鋁板在經(jīng)過(guò)普通氧化后，在氧化過(guò)程中通電的一種工藝。

那么鋁板陽(yáng)極氧化與鋁板硬質(zhì)氧化的區(qū)別是：陽(yáng)極氧化的氧化膜深度叫淺，硬質(zhì)氧化的氧化膜深度叫深。

二、鋁板氧化了一般是指鋁板或者鋁卷相連的部分出現(xiàn)同一樣的腐蝕現(xiàn)象，腐蝕面積的大小和圖案相同，

造成這種情況的原因：

1：在鋁板或者鋁卷包裝時(shí)，溫度過(guò)高。包裝內(nèi)形成蒸汽，鋁板、鋁卷受潮出現(xiàn)腐蝕現(xiàn)象。

2：鋁板或者鋁卷淋雨，使雨水倒灌到包裝內(nèi)。鋁板、鋁卷出現(xiàn)腐蝕現(xiàn)象。

3：在濕度較大的環(huán)境下鋁板、鋁卷會(huì)出現(xiàn)腐蝕現(xiàn)象。
