Na離子的含量是通過測定堿的量來推算，用酚酞作指示劑，鹽酸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液滴定至溶液的紅色消失為終點，由消耗的鹽酸量計算氫氧化的量，從而算出鈉離子的含量。2價Na離子的含量采用在檸檬酸鹽的氨性介質(zhì)中，用丁二酮肟顯色，在450nm處測定其吸光度，以純鎳作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線，計算其含量。

The content of divalent Na ion is developed with dimethylglyoxime in the ammonia medium of citrate, the absorbance is measured at 450 nm, and the content is calculated with pure nickel as the standard curve.
