鋁卷在冷軋制過程中，因軋輥與鋁板表面摩擦和碾壓，其表面會(huì)產(chǎn)生細(xì)微的氧化鋁粉脫落和吸附，軋制油及其附帶懸浮成分會(huì)殘留在鋁卷表面，對鋁卷復(fù)合、涂裝等成品加工造成不利影響。

鋁卷清洗就是利用壓力泵對清洗介質(zhì)加壓，對帶材表面進(jìn)行非接觸式噴洗或接觸式刷洗，使材料表面的鋁粉油污溶解脫落到清洗介質(zhì)中，再經(jīng)擠干輥擠干和高壓空氣吹掃，甚至高溫空氣烘干，以獲得潔凈干燥的鋁卷。
