1、非金屬壓痕

定義：非金屬碎屑壓在板和帶的表面上。表面呈長條狀明顯點(diǎn)狀或黃黑色缺陷。主要原因是軋制工藝設(shè)備條件臟、軋制工藝潤滑劑臟、工藝潤滑劑注射壓力不足、板坯表面有劃痕。

定義：由于邊緣與表面或表面與表面接觸之間的相對滑動(dòng)或錯(cuò)位而形成的劃痕
Definition: scratches caused by relative sliding or dislocation between edges and surfaces or between surfaces
主要原因：在加工和生產(chǎn)過程中，板帶與導(dǎo)軌和設(shè)備接觸時(shí)，會(huì)產(chǎn)生相對摩擦和劃痕。冷軋卷板端面未對齊，豎爐退火和翻轉(zhuǎn)造成錯(cuò)位和層間干擾。間歇性劃痕，冷軋時(shí)張力不當(dāng)，退火時(shí)層間錯(cuò)位，都會(huì)造成劃痕。不適當(dāng)?shù)恼砼鷾?zhǔn)或攤鋪操作會(huì)導(dǎo)致板間滑動(dòng)和劃痕。

Definition: After the aluminum coil or aluminum coil collides with another object, the surface or end face of the plate or strip is scratched, and most of the metal protrudes from the edge of the groove.

5. Kink wound
定義：彎曲板材后產(chǎn)生的變形折疊。主要原因：多輥矯直機(jī)送料不正，薄板受到翻轉(zhuǎn)折疊。堆疊紙張時(shí)受力不平衡。
Definition: deformation folding after bending sheet. Main reasons: the feeding of the multi roll straightener is not correct, and the sheet is overturned and folded. The force is unbalanced when stacking paper.

6. Collapse roll
定義：卷芯嚴(yán)重變形，卷形不圓。主要原因：張力不足，外壓，鐵芯強(qiáng)度低，壓接過程中無鐵芯線圈退火產(chǎn)生。
Definition: The winding core is seriously deformed and the winding shape is not round. Main reasons: insufficient tension, external pressure, low iron core strength, no iron core coil annealing during crimping.
7分層
7 Tiering
定義：由于層與端面層之間的不規(guī)則運(yùn)動(dòng)而導(dǎo)致帶鋼端面不平整。主要原因有鋼坯不均勻、軋機(jī)放卷和卷取張力控制不當(dāng)、壓下量和套筒移動(dòng)不均勻、校平輥調(diào)整不當(dāng)、卷取過程中對中系統(tǒng)異常、輥系平整度差等。
Definition: The end surface of strip steel is uneven due to the irregular movement between layers and end layers.
