1、拉伸必定要在鋁合金型材冷卻到50度以下方可移到拉伸架上進行拉伸作業(yè),溫度過高即拉伸既會燙壞人體,燙壞毛條,更因為不能消除鋁合金型材內(nèi)應力而在時效前后呈現(xiàn)曲折,扭擰,功能不良等廢品。

5、因毛條有阻熱發(fā)出效果,裝飾外表需求高的鋁板必定要多上下前后翻轉(zhuǎn),機械零件加工以利散熱均勻,減少因散熱不均結(jié)晶度不一然后發(fā)生的橫向亮斑缺點,特別是大寬面,壁偏厚鋁板更要留意。
