　　1. Can body blank
　　高強度狀態(tài)(超硬狀態(tài))合金3004用于制造罐體。為了獲得更佳的強度和拉拔特性的結(jié)合，鋁板生產(chǎn)廠家需要對鋼錠的均質(zhì)化、熱軋、中間退火和冷軋進行嚴(yán)格的控制。
　　Alloy 3004 in high strength state (super hard state) is used to make tank body. In order to obtain the best combination of strength and drawing characteristics, aluminum plate manufacturers need to strictly control the homogenization, hot rolling, intermediate annealing and cold rolling of ingots.

　　薄板退火后抗拉強度降低。采用連續(xù)退火工藝(CAL -IA工藝)處理的板材在連續(xù)退火線上的抗拉強度比間歇式爐分批-IA工藝處理的板材的抗拉強度高10mpa，如表1所示。

　　合金5182-hi8和合金5082-h18分別用于制作啤酒罐或碳酸飲料罐的蓋子和接頭。裝飲料時，飲料罐內(nèi)含有氣壓。5052—Hi8合金角用于制造無氣壓的果汁飲料罐頭。

　　在生產(chǎn)各向異性低、強度高、成形性好的罐蓋毛坯時，應(yīng)特別注意熱軋、中間退火和冷軋條件的組合的選擇。
